"Ironically using this office for your insurance is a huge risk and liability! I am dumbfounded by my experience. The level of unprofessionalism, disorganization, and neglect occurring at this branch is hard to comprehend. I’ve been trying to work with the branch to solve an issue with my business policy for 10 months that has ultimately resulted in me having to frantically find another insurance provider last minute in order to keep my business operating. This has been due to the refusal of the representatives to return calls, return emails, look into issues, take accountability, etc. Certain representatives like Janet are clearly not equipped for or knowledgeable about the positions she holds and should not be working unsupervised. There’s been zero accountability taken by anyone at the branch for the massive mistakes made which will likely cost me hundreds if not thousands of unnecessary dollars. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE."
